Cancel Request
CANCEL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH TO TAKE PLACE IN THE CURRENT MONTH.
PLEASE READ

Your CTW membership will continue until a request to cancel is sent to www.info@tanandwellness.com">www.info@tanandwellness.com. PLUS a confirmation reply must be received.

This confirmation email will be sent within 5 days of billing date thus stopping the next auto draft.

After 2 successful drafts from the billing account of your choice you are welcomed to pause or cancel your CTW Club Membership with us.

This must be done 5 days in advance to the 15th of the month. Which means by the 9th of each month. To be exact ...by 11:59PM on the 9th.

The cancellation request must be emailed in the month before the draft, not projected months ahead.

Memberships cannot be canceled if there is any balance on the account.

Monthly drafts will continue to add to balance owed until the balance is $0. Then the request must be made to cancel as stated above.
